These are two PDF reports documenting projects I worked on my first semester at the School of Information (Fall 2011).
The first one, Talking Health, offers a synopsis of interviews I did with people who'd recently attempted to change health-related behaviors and mental models they drew of their health systems.
The second one documents a group project for a Service Design class analyzing the shortcomings of the UC Berkeley online Degree Audit Report System (DARS) as well as our suggestions for improving it. I was in charge of the ethnographic interviews (pg 6).
